2 small eggplants, 2 tomatoes, a few chili peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, half a glass of pine nuts, 10-15 g of cilantro, salt, spices, herbs, vegetable oil, ready-made shortbread dough

Step 1
Fry chopped, onion and garlic in a hot skillet. Once the onions are browned, add finely chopped eggplants and tomatoes to the contents. It is better to peel the eggplants first and remove the seeds.
