If you are a sweet tooth, then you will surely like the dessert in the form of pancakes stuffed with pineapple. But the filling will turn out to be simply extraordinary in taste if you add a little caramel to it. In this case, the cooking process will not be as laborious as it might seem at first glance. But the result will delight any sweet tooth.
It is necessary

- - milk 150 ml
- - egg 2 pcs.

- - salt
- - canned or fresh pineapple
- - dates 8 pcs.
- - sugar 100 g
- - walnut 4 kernels
- - orange juice 150 ml
- - rum 50 ml
- - butter 25 g
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs. Mix milk and flour separately until smooth and add to the egg mass. When the dough is ready, bake the pancakes.
Step 2
Place sugar and butter in a saucepan. Melt the ingredients over the fire to make caramel.
Step 3
Cut the pineapple and dates, dip in the resulting caramel, sprinkle with rum and orange juice. Add chopped walnuts to these and cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the fruit from the caramel and place the filling over the pancakes. Fold the pancakes in four and place them on plates. Sprinkle some orange juice over the baked goods.
Step 5
Melt a small piece of butter in a frying pan and fry a few slices of orange in it - no more than two minutes on each side. Put the citrus on the pancakes as a decoration and serve.
