Meat salads can replace the main course and side dish. In the preparation of such hearty salads, you can use different meats: smoked, boiled, grilled. In general, the choice is very wide, you can safely experiment, but for now we present to your attention several recipes for hearty meat salads.
"Hunter" meat salad recipe
Ingredients:
- 300 g chicken fillet;
- 130 ml of mayonnaise;
- 100 g of champignons or porcini mushrooms;
- 30 g of cheese;
- a tomato;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of canned capers;
- salt.
For such a salad, it is not necessary to take a chicken, a pheasant, black grouse, wood grouse will do. Boil the selected bird, separate the fillets, cut into strips. Boil the mushrooms, chop, chop the celery too. Combine these ingredients with grated cheese, capers, salt and pepper. Season the prepared salad with mayonnaise, garnish with chopped tomato slices.
Pork and Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200 g of potatoes and boiled pork;
- 250 ml mayonnaise;
- 100 g of green peas;
- 4 eggs;
- 1/2 glass of water;
- 2 teaspoons of vinegar;
- pepper, salt.
Cut the pork flesh into small cubes, dilute the vinegar with water, pour over the meat, put in the cold for twenty minutes. When the meat turns white, drain the vinegar solution, add the green peas. Boil eggs and potatoes, cool, chop into cubes. Mix all the ingredients, pepper, salt to taste, season with mayonnaise. Hearty salad is ready.
