- - 2 onions;
- - 100 g of baked chicken fillet;
- - 150 g of pickled mushrooms;
- - 500 ml of cream;

Step 1
First, we prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion and fry until transparent.

Add boiled chicken fillet, cut into small pieces, to the fried onions.

Add pickled mushrooms, salt, add black pepper to taste, lay in caraway seeds and mix everything well.

Cut the pork pulp into layers. We beat each piece, salt and pepper.

Put the filling on each meat plate and roll it up. We fix it with toothpicks.
