Peppers with goat cheese are an excellent appetizer for a festive table. The undoubted highlight of this dish is the filling, thanks to which the peppers are very tender and juicy. For cooking, you can use bright peppers that will attract the attention of children.
It is necessary
- - 4 large peppers (cut in two and remove names)
- - 2 tbsp. olive oil
- - 100 g of wheat groats
- - 1 large onion
- - 1 tsp ground coriander
- - 2 stalks of celery
- - 2 small zucchini
- - 300 g of mushrooms
- - 100 g goat cheese
- - 30 g pine nuts

Step 1
It is necessary to preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 2
Place the peppers on a baking sheet, brush with oil and set aside while the filling is cooking.
Step 3
Boil wheat grits according to the recipe on the package.
Step 4
Fry the onions in a preheated pan with the addition of olive oil.
Step 5
Add coriander and continue to fry for one minute.
Step 6
Add chopped zucchini, chopped mushrooms and simmer for ten minutes.
Step 7
Mix pine nuts with goat cheese and chopped herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Put the prepared filling in the pepper halves and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
