- Substitute brown rice for white. The shell of the grain contains more vitamins, minerals and fiber.

- Give preference to jacket and baked potatoes, not mashed potatoes and fried. The main beneficial trace elements and substances are contained in the peel, potatoes themselves are pure starch.

- Eat green buckwheat instead of brown (fried). Even better is to germinate it.
