Many dishes can be prepared from cottage cheese. Chocolate dessert with "polka dots" turns out to be very beautiful, unusual and tasty.
It is necessary
- - cottage cheese - 300 g;
- - sugar - 200 g;
- - sour cream - 400 ml;
- - cocoa powder - 4 tbsp. l.
- - chocolate chips - 20 g;
- - gelatin - 20 g;
Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor, beat the cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream.
Step 2
Soak gelatin in 100 ml of water (according to the instructions on the package).
Heat the gelatin until completely dissolved, cool slightly, add to the curd mixture, mix well.
Step 3
Put part of the curd mixture (100 ml) into a cooking syringe.
Add cocoa powder to the remaining mixture and mix.
Step 4
Place cling film on the bottom of a deep plate and pour the chocolate curd mixture into it.
Next, carefully stuff the white chocolate curd mixture with a syringe.
Pour the rest of the white mixture on top of the dessert, refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Step 5
Turn the finished dessert onto a dish, remove the foil.
Decorate with chocolate chips.
