Sour meatballs are a Turkish dish. Delicate, tasty, either soup or meatballs with gravy. This dish will surprise your guests.
It is necessary
- - 600 g minced meat
- - 50 g onions
- - 3 potatoes
- - 1 carrot
- - 1 glass of green peas
- - 2 eggs
- - 100 g of rice
- - 1/2 lemon
- - 1 tbsp. l. yoghurt
- - salt, pepper to taste
- - 1 bunch of parsley
- - water
- - 2-3 tablespoons of butter, margarine or 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- - 2 tbsp. l. flour
Instructions
Step 1
Chop half an onion finely, add ground meat, herbs, raw rice, salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and beat a little.
Step 2
Shape the meatballs so they can fit comfortably in your mouth.
Step 3
Take a saucepan and pour vegetable oil into it or add margarine, put chopped onions and carrots. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the potatoes and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Step 5
Pour boiled water over the whole thing and lay out the meatballs. Stir slowly as they may fall apart at first. And give them time to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 6
We begin to prepare the dressing for the soup. Combine flour, yogurt, yolk and half a glass of cold water.
Step 7
Add the juice of half a lemon and send the dressing to the soup.
Step 8
Add green peas and chopped herbs and cook until cooked.
