The nutrition of children must be monitored so that their stomachs are healthy. So that they grow correctly and harmoniously, without deviations. Diversify the menu as richly as possible, make it vitamin-rich. The secret is that kids should get a full breakfast, and best of all - porridge! You can do anything: semolina, oatmeal, rice, pearl barley, millet and other cereals.
It is necessary
- - milk (3.2%) - 0.7 l,
- - flakes "5 cereals" - 1 cup (but it will be more useful if you mix 1 tablespoon each of rice, oatmeal, buckwheat, pearl barley and millet),
- - sugar -1 tbsp. l.,
- - salt - a pinch,
- - butter - 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
If you decide to cook porridge from grains, and not from ready-made cereals, it is better to start cooking porridge in the evening. You need to pour the cereals into an enamel pan, pour them with a small amount of water - approximately level with the level of the grains.
Step 2
Leave the pot at room temperature overnight. In the morning I add milk, bring the mixture to a boil and cook until the grains are soft (if you use cereals, you need to cook them literally for 4-5 minutes).
Step 3
I add sugar (or honey) and butter to the finished porridge.
Flakes are obtained by flattening grain at high temperatures, although some of the nutrients are lost during such processing.
