If you like cheesecakes, try to prepare this dish in a new way - with the addition of lemon. The taste is very bright, with sourness. It is best to serve such cheesecakes with sour cream, sprinkling them with powdered sugar.

- - 300 g of cottage cheese
- - 2 chicken egg yolks
- - a handful of candied lemon
- - 4 tablespoons of sugar
- - 1-2 tablespoons of semolina
- - lemon
- - one and a half tablespoons of butter
- - salt
- - breadcrumbs
Instructions
Step 1
Add the yolks to the curd, mix. Cut candied fruit into small cubes. Add candied fruits, a tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of salt to the curd-yolk mass.
Step 2
Stir after adding a tablespoon of semolina. Let stand for a quarter of an hour. If the resulting mass is liquid, add more semolina.
Step 3
Blind cheese cakes, bread in breadcrumbs. Fry them in one tablespoon of butter for a couple of minutes on each side. Place in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Pour 3 tablespoons of sugar into the pan, add the remaining butter, fry the sliced lemon, turning it over several times.
Step 5
Place curd cakes and fried lemons, alternating between each other, on a platter.
