It is necessary

  • - a can of canned fish;
  • - large onion;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 100 g of prunes;
  • - 100 g of hard cheese;
  • - cucumber;
  • - Bulgarian pepper;
  • - mayonnaise.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the onion into half rings. Brown it in a skillet with a little vegetable oil. Remove the stalk and seeds from the bell pepper, cut into small squares.

Step 2

Chop the prunes into small pieces. Rub the cheese with fine shavings. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool. Cut off beautiful thin strips of egg white to garnish the salad, and coarsely grate the rest of the egg.

Open the canned food, drain the liquid, remove the spinal bones, mash the fish with a fork. Put half of the canned food in a salad bowl.

Step 4

Collect the salad in layers. Coat each layer with mayonnaise. Place 1 part of the fried onion in the second layer. Lay the eggs in the third layer.
