- 500 g peeled shrimp
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1 cucumber
- sprig of mint
- 2 sprigs of thyme

Step 1
Boil the shrimp in spice broth for 7 minutes, peel off the shell.
Step 2
Wash the avocado, cut in half and remove the pit. Cut the pulp into thin slices and pour over them with lime or lemon juice so as not to darken.

Wash and cut the cucumber into strips. Repeat the same procedure with bell peppers, after removing the seeds from the core.
Step 4
Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl and pour over the lime juice.
Step 5
Put the herbs in a container, pour in the oil, add salt and a mixture of black and allspice to taste. Crush the entire contents with a pusher. Pour the dressing into the salad.
