All meat lovers will surely appreciate this original and unusual recipe. How nice it is to pamper yourself with a peach when you can make it yourself, and even from meat.
Ingredients:
- 300 g mixed minced meat (half beef and pork);
- 5 potatoes;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 15 g flour;
- a small bunch of greens (dill + parsley);
- 1-2 garlic cloves;
- 60 g of any hard cheese;
- 1 tbsp. l. saffron;
- 2 tsp sweet paprika (powder);
- bread crumbs, salt, meat spices.
Preparation:
- Put the mixed minced meat in a deep bowl, add spices for meat, a pinch of salt, chopped garlic on a grater, chopped herbs and beat in an egg.
- Knead the meat mass (preferably with your hands) until smooth. Form small patties 4-5 cm in size. Fry in oil in a pan on both sides until tender. Put in a separate plate to cool.
- Peel the pre-cooked and cooled potatoes and finely grate into a deep bowl. Combine finely grated cheese, salt and a raw egg with it, mix well. Then add a spoonful of flour and mix again.
- Divide the potato mass into two equal parts (you can by eye, but for greater accuracy you can measure it on a scale). Add ground saffron to one potato part, and paprika to the other. Knead both potato masses thoroughly, as a result, each of them will acquire a different color.
- Now you need to make an equal number of small tortillas from each half of the potato dough. The size of the cakes should be such that a fried cutlet is placed in them, and their number should be equal to the number of cutlets made.
- Connect the whole structure in this way: a cake from one dough, a meat cutlet, a cake from another dough. Gently close up the cutlet with these cakes, you get a two-color bun. With a skewer, make a groove in the middle of each kolobok like a regular peach.
- Coat the peaches with egg white and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Put in a deep baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
As a side dish, you can make slices of fresh cucumbers and tomatoes.
