  • - peeled shrimps - 200 g;
  • - tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • - basil - 2 tablespoons;
  • - dill - 2 tablespoons;
  • - lemon zest - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • - lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;
  • - garlic - 1 clove;
  • - dried basil;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

With cauliflower, do the following: rinse it thoroughly, then divide it into inflorescences. Place in a blender and grind until finely crumbled.

Step 2

Prepare shrimp for the dish. To do this, simply boil them, then let cool, then peel. Chop the tomatoes into quarters. Cut the onion, removing the husk, in the form of half rings.

Step 3

Peel a clove of garlic, chop finely, then put it on simmer over low heat with dried basil. Cook this mixture for 3-5 minutes. Then add the shrimp there. Remove the mass from the stove after a minute.

Step 4

Take another skillet. Place onion chopped in half rings on it and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add the tomato quarters there. Simmer the resulting mixture for about 3 minutes. Put chopped cabbage, finely chopped dill and basil, as well as lemon juice and zest to the mass. Season everything with salt and pepper, stir, then cook, by all means covered with a lid, for 8-10 minutes. Enter the shrimp.

Step 5

Decorate the dish on top with any herbs. Cauliflower with garlic shrimps is ready! Always serve it hot.
