The aroma of cinnamon, as a rule, cannot be resisted by any lover of sweet pastries. The more it is in the dessert, the less likely it is to gain extra pounds, since this spice effectively fights deposits, speeding up the metabolism.
It is necessary
- - 385 gr. flour;
- - 50 gr. Sahara;
- - a bag of dry yeast;
- - half a teaspoon of salt;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 60 gr. butter;
- - 80 ml of milk;
- - 60 ml of water;
- - a teaspoon of vanilla essence.
- For filling:
- - 200 gr. Sahara;
- - 2 teaspoons of cinnamon;
- - half a teaspoon of ground nutmeg (optional);
- - 60 gr. butter.
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix 280 gr. flour, sugar, yeast and salt. We put it aside.
Step 2
Beat eggs in another bowl.
Step 3
Melt the butter with milk, add water and vanilla essence.
Step 4
Combine liquid ingredients with dry ingredients, knead the dough and add the remaining flour (105 gr.).
Step 5
Knead the dough, remove it for an hour in a warm place, covering it with a film or towel.
Step 6
Roll out the dough about 30 by 50 cm in size. Lubricate it with melted butter and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, to which, if desired, add nutmeg.
Step 7
Cut the dough into 6 equal strips.
Step 8
We put them one on top of the other and cut them into 6 pieces.
Step 9
Put the finished dough cubes into the mold.
Step 10
We bake the cake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 175C.

Dessert can be served 20-30 minutes after cooling.
