Chicken rolls with peach turn out to be very tasty. In addition to peaches, mozzarella is involved in the recipe. Such a dish is very pleasant to the taste, delicate, visually beautiful.

- - 40 g mozzarella;
- - 2 canned peaches;
- - 2 sprigs of dry thyme;
- - vegetable oil, salt, a mixture of Italian herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients: rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly, divide the canned peaches into halves, rub a piece of cheese on a fine grater. Fillet is better to take larger, weighing 350-400 grams.
Step 2
Use a sharp knife to cut the washed chicken fillet into two flat pieces, place each piece in a food bag or wrap with cling film. Then beat the meat on all sides to make it thin. Remove the beaten chicken pieces from the bag, season with salt to taste, season with Italian herbs, and add grated mozzarella to each piece.
Step 3
Place the peaches on top of the cheese. You can press the mozzarella lightly on top to prevent the filling from falling apart. Now gently roll the fillet into a roll, tie it with culinary thread more tightly so that our rolls do not open during the cooking process.
Step 4
Grease an iron mold with butter, put the chicken rolls with peach in it, brush the rolls with butter on top with a brush. Place dry thyme sprigs on top or just side by side. Place the dish in the oven.

Bake the filled rolls at 180-190 degrees in the oven. 20-25 minutes will be enough - the beaten chicken fillet is cooked quickly. Serve hot.
