A very hearty salad that men simply adore, because meat is their favorite delicacy.
It is necessary
- -350 g lean pork
- -1 red bell pepper
- -1 PC. zucchini
- -1 onion
- -1 lemon
- -3 oat or other tortillas
- -2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- -2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- -2 tablespoons olive oil
- - greens and salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat and then cut into small pieces. Meanwhile, heat a skillet with olive oil, add vinegar and sauce to it. Put the pork in a pan, fry it over high heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
Step 2
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the meat on a baking sheet along with the sauce (half of the total mass) in which it was cooked. Bake the meat until tender. Increase heat if necessary. Check the meat by cutting it. Inside, it should be of a uniform color, without a pink tint - juicy and soft.
Step 3
Cut the zucchini, peppers and onions into cubes or small wedges. They should be roughly the same size. Put the vegetables in the pan where the meat was cooked, there should have been some sauce left, and fry over medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
After all the ingredients have been cooked, mix them together and then drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Put the mass on cakes, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
