Cooking. Dip the inflorescences into boiling salted water. Cover and bring to a boil again. Then reduce heat, cover again and cook for 10-12 minutes.

In the microwave. Place the buds in a microwave-safe bowl and pour in 1/4 cup of water. Cover with cling film, bending back 5 cm to release steam. Cook at maximum temperature for 12-14 minutes.
