There are many recipes for making cutlets. You won't surprise anyone with this dish, but if you cook the national Greek dish - suzukakya cutlets, then your guests and family will be pleasantly surprised and will appreciate your culinary talent.
It is necessary
- - minced meat 600 g;
- - tomatoes 500 g;
- - dry red wine 100 ml;
- - 3-4 tooth garlic;
- - bread crumbs 90 g;
- - flour, vegetable oil;
- - cumin, pepper, salt.

Step 1
Peel the tomatoes and grate.
Step 2
Stir the minced meat with breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Divide into 12 pieces, form into oblong patties. Roll each in flour.
Step 3
Fry the cutlets in hot oil until golden brown. Then transfer to a plate.
Step 4
Pour wine and tomatoes into a frying pan from under the cutlets. Simmer over low heat until thickened. Add the cutlets to the tomato sauce. Turning occasionally, simmer on low heat, covered for 15 minutes. Garnish with rice, mashed potatoes, or fresh vegetable salad.
