It is necessary

  • - baking sheet;
  • - large bell pepper 5 pcs.;
  • - chicken fillet 1 pc.;
  • - 2-3 tomatoes;
  • - green onions;
  • - dill greens;
  • - natural yogurt without additives 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - hard cheese 150 g;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - spices to taste;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the guts from the bell peppers. To do this, cut the peppers lengthwise into halves and remove the insides. Be sure to leave the ponytails. Rinse the peppers in cold water.

Step 2

Rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly, remove the skin. Then cut into small cubes about 1 x 1 cm. Wash green onions and dill and chop finely.

Step 3

Wash the tomatoes. Then boil the water and dip each tomato into it literally for one minute. This will make it very easy to peel them off. Cut the peeled tomatoes into small pieces.

Step 4

Cooking the filling. Mix chicken fillet with tomatoes and chopped herbs. Season with salt, pepper and additional spices to taste. Then fill the minced meat with yogurt and stir.

Step 5

Place the bell pepper halves on a greased baking sheet. Gently put the finished filling into each half with a teaspoon. Place the dish in a preheated oven for 30 minutes and bake at 200 degrees. After 30 minutes, remove the baking sheet, sprinkle the peppers with grated cheese and place in the oven for another 10 minutes.
