It is necessary

  • - 1 can of canned tuna (185 g),
  • - 200 g of canned corn,
  • - 3 tomatoes,
  • - 3 cucumbers,
  • - 200 g red beans,
  • - 0.5 onions,
  • - 2 bell peppers (red and yellow),
  • - salt to taste,
  • - mayonnaise to taste,
  • - parsley to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Soak the beans for 6 hours (you can overnight). Then transfer the beans to a ladle of water and cook for about an hour.

Step 2

Rinse cucumbers, dry, cut into cubes of any size.

Step 3

Rinse the tomatoes, dry with napkins, cut to taste, but not very finely.

Step 4

Peel the onion and cut half of it into small cubes, the other half can be used for other purposes. If desired, you can use leeks instead of onions and cut them into rings.

Step 5

Rinse the bell pepper, dry it, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.

Step 6

Rinse the parsley, pick with your hands.

Step 7

Open the corn and tuna jars and drain the brine. Mash the tuna flesh with a fork.

Form a salad.

Place a layer of beans on a plate, on which apply a fine mesh of mayonnaise. Put a layer of corn on top of the mayonnaise and apply a mayonnaise mesh. Next is a layer of tuna. Place the onion and parsley on top of the tuna. Salt the tomatoes a little and put them on the parsley, brush with a mayonnaise net. Place bell pepper cubes on mayonnaise, cucumber cubes on pepper.
