You can take any berries and fruits, you can make various beautiful compositions from them. In general, there is where to unfold your imagination, and most importantly - the cake will definitely turn out delicious.

It is necessary

  • - 500 g sour cream 20% fat;
  • - 300 g of oatmeal cookies;
  • - 30 g of gelatin;
  • - 1 cup of sugar;
  • - 1 pc. pears, kiwi, banana, tangerine;
  • - berries (strawberries, blueberries or raspberries - choose).

Instructions

Step 1

Whisk the sour cream and sugar. Prepare gelatin according to package directions and cool. Mix gelatin with sweet sour cream (you can control the amount of sugar yourself). Break the cookies into medium pieces (you can use a ready-made biscuit or any other cookie instead of oatmeal cookies). Rinse the fruit, peel, cut coarsely enough.

Step 2

Prepare a deep bowl or salad bowl - cover it with cling film (even a regular packing bag will do). Put a layer of chopped fruit on the bottom, cover with a mixture of sweet sour cream and gelatin, then lay out a layer of cookies. Pour all this with sour cream. Add berries at your discretion, again a layer of cookies, on top - fruits. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, it should harden a little.

Step 3

Cover the finished Belissimo cake with a plate, turn it over, remove the foil. The treat is ready, it is stored in the refrigerator for several days. The cake does not need decoration - it already turned out bright due to different fruits and berries. Serve as a dessert or sweet cold snack.
