Ingredients:

  • Lemon - 1 pc;
  • Granulated sugar - 150 g;
  • Kiwi - 8 pcs;
  • Water - 4 l;
  • Orange - 2 fruits.

Preparation:

  1. First you need to thoroughly wash and peel the kiwi. After that, the fruits are cut into quarters and placed in a food processor for grinding (in the absence of such a unit, an ordinary coarse grater will do).
  2. Now the kiwi should be transferred to a saucepan, water is added along with it. The composition is sent to the fire until boiling, and then boiled for another 7-10 minutes in a slow mode.
  3. Next comes the turn of granulated sugar. The approximate amount is 150 g, but if desired, the volume can be reduced or increased (it all depends on taste preferences).
  4. Lemon and orange must be thoroughly washed and dried. In the future, juice is squeezed out of both citrus fruits, and the remaining zest is cut into thin strips.
  5. It is necessary to add the peel when the kiwi has already passed the boiling stage. Then you should wait for boiling again and hold the mixture for another five minutes.
  6. To prevent the zest from producing an unpleasant bitterness, it is recommended to remove the strips. Lemon and orange juices are poured in instead. The contents of the saucepan can be sweetened as needed.
  7. Finally, the dishes are removed from the stove and the liquid is carefully strained. Before serving the lemonade, it must be properly cooled. Ice cubes are added to taste.

Lemonade perfectly quenches thirst and recharges the body with a high dose of vitamins. Both fruit slices and mint leaves are suitable for decorating glasses.
