It is necessary

  • - 450 g chicken fillet;
  • - green onions for decoration;
  • - a slice of lime;
  • - wooden skewers;
  • - a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  • For the marinade and sauce:
  • - onion head;
  • - head of garlic;
  • - 0.5 tsp of Thai chili pepper;
  • - 10 g of ginger root;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
  • - a tablespoon of lemon juice;
  • - a teaspoon of ground coriander;
  • - a teaspoon of ground cumin;
  • - a teaspoon of fine sugar;
  • - 0, 5 tbsp. peanut butter;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered coconut milk concentrate.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into 10 cm cubes.

Step 2

Cooking the marinade. In a bowl, combine finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, chilli hammers, peeled and chopped ginger, soy sauce, lemon juice, coriander, cumin, and sugar.

Step 3

Place the chicken pieces in the marinade and mix well. Cover and marinate for 2 hours.

Step 4

Place the pieces of meat on wooden skewers. In order for the tips of the skewers not to burn, you need to lower them in cold water for half an hour. Leave the marinade - it will still come in handy. Brush the chicken with butter. Bake or roast for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Step 5

Transfer the remaining marinade to a skillet and pour a small cup of cold water over it. Boil over low heat for 5 minutes. Add peanut butter and coconut milk concentrate. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.

Step 6

Arrange the chicken skewers on plates and place a bowl of sauce next to it. Garnish with green onions and serve with lime.
