Many people will think that kiwi is exceptionally green, but there is also a golden kiwi, which was introduced relatively recently - in 1992. Golden kiwi is distinguished by its color, its skin is smoother, and the taste is very sweet and ripe. The salad will turn out to be very tasty.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - 2 golden kiwi;
- - 2 regular kiwis;
- - 1 mandarin;
- - 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, honey;
- - Pine nuts;
- - fresh mint.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse regular kiwi and gold. Peel - better to use a peeler.
Step 2
Cut the flesh of the green and yellow kiwi into cubes.
Step 3
Peel the tangerine, cut into wedges. Cut the wedges into small slices. If there are bones in them, remove them, they should not be in the salad.
Step 4
Pour fresh lemon juice into honey, mix until smooth. You can add a pinch of cinnamon or vanillin to give the dressing a special flavor.
Step 5
Put prepared fruits in a deep bowl, cover with sweet sauce, stir.
Step 6
Sprinkle pine nuts on the finished fruit salad. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
