Golden Potato Salad is quick and easy to cook with available ingredients. If desired, you can add thinly salted salmon to this delicious salad.
It is necessary
- For eight servings:
- - potatoes - 1.5 kg;
- - four eggs;
- - four radishes;
- - eight pickled cucumbers;
- - onions, celery, mayonnaise - 1 glass each;
- - milk - 1/4 cup;
- dry mustard, regular mustard to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, refrigerate, separate the yolks from the whites.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces, boil until soft. Drain and transfer to a deep bowl. Cool it down.
Step 3
Add chopped proteins, radishes, cucumbers, celery stalk, onions to the cooled potatoes.
Step 4
Crush the yolk with a fork in a separate bowl. Add mustard to it, two tablespoons of cucumber pickle.
Step 5
