The Golden Sands salad is very tasty and unusual. It can be a great addition to any festive table. This salad can be prepared for both birthday and New Years.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of canned corn and canned salted squid;
- - 4 pcs. bell peppers and tomatoes;
- - fresh dill, parsley, basil;
- - sunflower oil, ground pepper, salt, spices.
Instructions
Step 1
To begin with, drain all the liquid from the can of canned corn, and put the grains themselves in a deep bowl.

Rinse the bell peppers, cut each in half, remove the core, seeds and white partitions. Cut the peppers into strips and add to the corn.

Rinse fresh herbs. It is better not to feel sorry for her in this recipe - with her, the festive salad will turn out to be tastier and more colorful. Chop the herbs and add to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Peel the onions, cut into small half rings, cover with sugar for a couple of minutes, then rinse under plain water and add to a bowl.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into wedges. If you wish, you can pre-peel them by scalding them with boiling water. Add prepared tomatoes to a bowl.

Throw the canned squid in a colander, wait until all the liquid has drained, then cut the squid into strips and put in a bowl.

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients of the Golden Sands salad, season with sunflower oil, salt and pepper to taste, leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Before serving, arrange the prepared salad in portioned salad bowls, garnish with chopped herbs.
