Oatmeal is good for breakfast. But not everyone knows that you can cook soup from it. This is just the case when food can be not only healthy, but also tasty.

Rinse the chicken legs, transfer to a saucepan, cover with water and put on fire.

Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into medium cubes.

Coarsely grate the carrots, chop the onion in any convenient way. If you are making soup for children, then pass the onion through a blender or grate on a fine grater.

After boiling water, remove the foam. If you are making homemade chicken soup, change the water in the pan after boiling. If from a purchased one, then you can not change it. Cook the chicken legs for ten minutes.

Put prepared vegetables in a saucepan, cook soup until potatoes are ready (about half an hour). Then add salt and season the soup with your favorite spices, boil for another three minutes.

Sift the instant oatmeal from unnecessary flour. Flour can turn soup into jelly, so you need to sift it several times.
Step 7
Rinse fresh herbs and chop. Add oatmeal and herbs to the soup, stir, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Leave the soup alone for 5-10 minutes, then pour into portioned cups and serve.
