The salad received this name because of the picturesque combination of products. Having tasted it once, it may happen that it becomes your family's favorite dish.
It is necessary
- - Iceberg salad - 100 g;
- - pickled cucumber - 2 pcs.;
- - black olives - 10 pcs.;
- - Bulgarian pepper - 1/4 pcs.;
- - cold smoked pork - 30-40 g;
- - loaf - 1 piece;
- - canned hot pepper - 1 pc.; (optional)
- - onions - 0, 5 pcs.;
- - tomato - 0, 5 pcs.;
- - mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;
- - ketchup - 1 tablespoon;
- - table vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
- - vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
- - dried garlic - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onion into half rings, pour vinegar, leave for 10 minutes. Cut a piece of loaf into wedges, heat a pan with butter and fry the bread on all sides.
Step 2
Rinse the Iceberg salad in running water, dry and tear into pieces with your hands. Cut the tomato and bell peppers into strips. Chop olives, cucumbers in circles. Meat can be prepared in cubes. Place all food in one container.
Step 3
Prepare a dressing with mayonnaise, ketchup and garlic, mix everything.
Step 4
Put pieces of salad on a dish, put tomatoes and bell peppers on top. Further olives and cucumbers. Pour the prepared sauce over this portion of the salad. Then spread out the meat cubes and pickled onions.
Step 5
Arrange the fried loaf pieces in the topmost layer before serving.
