Smoked meat is very aromatic and nutritious, it has a pleasant mild taste, and in combination with various seasonings it can serve as an excellent addition to almost any dish. If you add greens and vegetables to such meat, you get an excellent appetizer to the table.
It is necessary
- - 1 large fresh cucumber
- - 10 slices of smoked meat
- For Dutch sauce:
- - 200 g butter
- - 3 egg yolks
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of semi-dry white wine
- - juice of 1 lemon
- - salt, paprika
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Dip the cubes in lightly salted boiling water, cook for 4 minutes. Dry the cucumbers.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Place the egg yolks in a heatproof bowl, cover with water and semi-dry white wine. Place the bowl in a saucepan of hot water, beat until foamy, and gradually add melted butter while whisking. Finally, add lemon juice, paprika and salt to taste.
Step 3
Mix the prepared sauce with the chopped onion and pour over the cucumbers. Place smoked meat slices on top.
