Decided to make buns but have never done so before? Then you should start with the simplest thing - bake buns called "Tulips". They are quite easy to make and very tasty.
It is necessary
- - flour - 350-400 g;
- - milk - 150 ml;
- - butter - 80 g;
- - eggs - 2 pcs;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - yeast - 1 teaspoon;
- - sugar - 1 glass;
- - cinnamon - 1-2 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to make a dough. To do this, combine the following ingredients in one bowl: 50 milliliters of warm milk, 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar and yeast. Stir this mixture and set aside for a quarter of an hour.
Step 2
Pass the flour through a sieve, then mix with salt, slightly beaten egg, granulated sugar, 30 grams of butter, dough and the rest of the milk. Mix these ingredients thoroughly and knead the dough out of them. Then cover it with cling film and place in a warm place for 60 minutes. Thus, it will become approximately 2 times larger.
Step 3
Cut the finished dough into 7 equal parts. Roll each of them thinly with a rolling pin. Then brush with the previously melted remaining butter. Place the cinnamon and granulated sugar on the rolled layers and wrap in such a way that a roll forms.
Step 4
On the rolls rolled out of dough, make cuts: one small - on top, another larger - on the bottom. Spread the upper ends slightly to the sides, and lift the lower ends up and bend a little. Thus, you should get something similar to tulips. Cover them as they are and leave for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, brush the dough flowers with a lightly beaten chicken egg. Send to bake for 15-20 minutes. Tulip buns are ready!
