First, the apples are prepared: they are thoroughly washed, and the ones bought in the store still need to be rubbed with a sponge in order to wash off the wax with which they are treated for long-term storage. Then carefully cut out the core with a sharp knife. And in the vacant hole you can put sugar, raisins, cottage cheese, cinnamon, honey, sour cream and other ingredients. Fruits are baked at a temperature not exceeding 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes. The exact time depends on the recipe and the amount of apples. And the readiness of the dish can be checked with a toothpick: the finished fruit is soft inside.

Of course, you can bake the fruit without adding other ingredients, but it will taste better if you pour sugar into the hole from the core. Put the fruits prepared in this way on a baking sheet, pour a little water into it and send to the oven for 20 minutes.

The apples will turn out to be soft, sweet, and you can pour syrup over them before serving.
