Not everyone loves beans. Jordanian beans are a dish of Arab cuisine, it is prepared from red beans, it turns out like a pasta that can be eaten with chips, bread, flat cakes. A versatile snack like this will give you a fresh perspective on the nutritious food beans.

- - 2 teaspoons of balsamic sauce;
- - a pinch of ground ginger;
- - ground white pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Sort out the beans, rinse them, boil in boiling water. Then flip it in a colander so that the excess liquid is glass. To make the red beans cook faster, first soak them in cold water for 4-5 hours, or leave them overnight, and in the morning start cooking the beans in Jordanian style.
Step 2
Peel the onions, cut into thin half rings, fry in a little vegetable oil. Grind the cooked beans in a blender until smooth, then mix with the fried onions. Season with salt and pepper, season with balsamic sauce and ground ginger. Add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, knead this mass thoroughly.
Step 3
Form the resulting mass in the form of a roll, wrap it in cling film - this will make it easier to shape the "sausages". Refrigerate. Then carefully release the roll from the film, transfer to a dish.
Step 4
The Jordanian beans are ready, the roll holds its shape rather poorly, you won't be able to cut it into pieces, so just spread the pasta on the bread with a table knife or serve in a glass vase, and separately the chips that need to be dipped in this fragrant pasta.
