Step 1

Boiled condensed milk mousse is prepared very quickly - in 10 minutes, but not everything is so simple - it must be cooled in the refrigerator for 8 hours.

Step 2

Put the boiled condensed milk in a deep bowl, pour in the whipping cream. You need to take fatty cream - at least 35% fat. Mix the mass well, you can beat it slightly with a mixer. Cover the bowl with cling film, refrigerate for 8 hours, it is better, of course, to prepare the mousse before bed so that it cools all night.

Step 3

Before serving, remove the bowl of mousse, beat with a mixer until fluffy. Put the boiled condensed milk mousse in glass cups, bowls or vases. Decorate at your discretion - you can use chocolate chips, coconut chips, fresh fruit slices, berries. Mousse can be poured over with berry or fruit syrup, and can be decorated with mint leaves on top.

You can also set aside a small amount of the whipped cream and place it on top of the finished mousse in a separate layer. Put the finished boiled condensed milk mousse in the refrigerator for 5 minutes, then immediately serve.
