The largest amount of protein is found in animal products: in poultry, fish and, of course, meat. Therefore, salads with meat are so popular - they are tasty, hearty, and healthy. But it is better to use lean meats; veal is the best suited for salads.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of boiled veal;
- - 200 g of potatoes;
- - 100 g onions;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 2 carrots;
- - a can of pickled honey agarics;
- - mustard, mayonnaise, black pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their uniforms. Peel carrots, boiled eggs. Cool the potatoes, peel them too.
Step 2
Cut veal and vegetables into cubes and season with salt to taste. Do not mix ingredients together.
Step 3
Grate the egg whites and mash the yolks with a fork.
Step 4
Rinse honey mushrooms in a colander, chop finely, leave some for decoration, cut the onion into small cubes.
Step 5
Prepare a salad dressing: Combine mayonnaise, mustard, black pepper.
Step 6
Lay the salad in layers on a round dish: meat, onions, potatoes, carrots, egg yolks, whites. Coat each layer with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Decorate the top of the salad with fresh herbs and whole mushrooms. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then serve the soaked salad to the table.
