- 200 g margarine;
- 1 egg;
- 30 g dry yeast;
- 3 tbsp Sahara;

Instructions
Step 1
Warm milk to room temperature. Place yeast in a deep bowl, cover with milk and set aside for 10 minutes. Take a large cup and combine eggs, sugar, salt and baking powder in it. Add the pre-melted margarine and stir until smooth.
Step 2
Sift flour through a fine sieve. Add it in small portions to the resulting mixture, stirring constantly. This will help you avoid clumping. Gradually add the yeast milk along with the flour. As soon as the dough begins to lag behind the edges of the bowl, place it on the table and knead it with your hands. Place the finished dough in a plastic bag for 25-30 minutes, after which you can bake the pies.
Step 3
Place the yeast in a deep bowl and cover it with warm kefir, leave for 10 minutes. Pour in vegetable oil, mix everything gently and leave for another 5 minutes. Add salt, sugar and stir again. Using a fine sieve, sift through the flour. While stirring, gradually add it to the bowl. Stirring this way will help prevent lumps from forming.
Step 4
As soon as you notice that the dough has become easy to move away from the sides of the container, lay it out on the table and knead well. Roll into a ball, place in a bowl and, covered with a cotton towel, leave for 10-15 minutes. This dough is good for both pies and donuts and cheesecakes.
Step 5
Take a deep container, put yeast in it and fill it with milk at room temperature, leave for 10-15 minutes. Combine egg, vanillin, sugar, salt and softened margarine in a small bowl. Stir all ingredients until smooth (you can use a blender or mixer). Combine the mixture with milk and yeast and stir again.
Step 6
Using a fine mesh sieve, sift the flour. Add it in small portions to the resulting mass, without ceasing to stir. This procedure will help prevent lumps from forming. Put the finished dough in a plastic bag, tie it up and leave for 10-12 minutes. This dough is great for pies, pies, buns, cheesecakes, pies, donuts, etc. The products from it are very tender and do not stale for a long time.
