There are a huge number of coffee preparation options in the world. But you won't surprise anyone with milk froth on a cappuccino or a bitter sour brew from a Turk. We will consider the option of making coffee in Lithuanian.
It is necessary
- For one serving of coffee:
- - cognac;
- - sugar;
- - protein from one egg;
- - water - 100 ml;
- - freshly ground coffee - 10 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Brew the coffee as you would normally, following a traditional recipe. Filter it, get rid of unnecessary thick.
Step 2
Add sugar to the filtered coffee and bring to a boil again.
Step 3
Whisk the cooled egg white until it forms a firm foam.
Step 4
Pour coffee into a ceramic cup, add cognac to taste. Gently add the whipped egg white on top, sprinkle with sugar and place the cup in the preheated oven.
Step 5
Watch the preparation closely, when the surface of the protein is covered with a golden crust, take out the coffee and serve it to the table.
