Fruit salad with cottage cheese is a very tasty dessert from the category of low-calorie dishes. You can cook it in any season, and if you successfully experiment with dressings, nuts and dried fruits, the delicacy will look and feel completely new every time.

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt - 40 ml;
  • Nectarine - 2 pcs;
  • Loose cottage cheese - 150 g;
  • Apples - 2 fruits;
  • Granulated sugar;
  • Plums - 5 pcs.

Preparation:

  1. Fruit for salad should be selected, ripe and thoroughly washed. It is not necessary to peel the apples, but if the skin still bothers you, you can cut it off. Cut the pulp into quarters, and then, taking out the core, cut into slices of any size.
  2. When chopping the rest of the fruits, try to keep the same amount as for apples. Divide the nectarine into halves, remove the bone and chop the pulp into cubes.
  3. When choosing plums, pay attention to how the seed is separated - if it leaves the pulp easily, it will not be difficult to peel and cut the fruit.
  4. Now combine the fruit pieces in a bowl. Stir and set aside temporarily.
  5. Sweeten the cottage cheese for the salad according to your own taste - for someone a tablespoon of granulated sugar is enough, while someone prefers to do without this ingredient altogether - the fruit pieces themselves are quite sweet.
  6. We mix cottage cheese with yogurt. The product can be taken both with filler and natural - without additives.
  7. It is recommended to serve the salad in bowls: it will turn out beautifully and very effectively. Distribute the fruit mixture in equal portions, and form neat balls from the granular curd-yoghurt mass. We put them on top of the sliced fruits.

If desired, the curd "dressing" is simply mixed with fruits or stacked in layers, alternating with sweet slices. Each hostess chooses a serving option according to her mood!
