If you want to simmer, then proceed as follows: Pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan with high sides (this is important!) And put it on high heat. While the pan is heating, rub the chicken with the salt, black pepper and curry mixture. Very handy here will be some kind of dried spice (basil, marjoram, thyme, tarragon), add it to the rub too. Put the chicken in a skillet and fry over high heat on all sides.

While the chicken is golden, quickly chop the onion, rub the carrots. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them, finely chop them. In a deep bowl, combine 2 cups water, tomatoes, onions, carrots, half a glass of tomato juice. It is not forbidden to add a pounded bay leaf. Reduce heat under the chicken, pour in the future sauce, cover. Let it quietly stew for an hour. If you forget about the contents of the frying pan for an hour and a half - that's okay, the main thing - do not forget to check for the presence of liquid, it should not evaporate.

If you want to fry a bird, then this is much easier. It should also be pre-cut into wings, legs and breast. Grate each chicken part with the following mixture: coarse sea salt, finely chopped garlic (2 cloves), white pepper, paprika (will give an amazing color when frying). Put the chicken in a well-heated frying pan and, without covering, fry on all sides.

Transfer the fried chicken to a container. Pour a package of natural yogurt into the meat juice left in the pan, add a tablespoon of tomato juice and a teaspoon of flour. While stirring, bring over low heat until thickened. Pour into a gravy boat, serve with chicken. This dish goes well with a light salad.
