- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- onion - 1 pc;
- flour - 1 tsp;
- mustard - 1 tsp;
- salt - 1/2 tsp;
- sour cream - 1 glass.
Instructions
Step 1
For Beef & Kiwi, peel 2 fruits, finely grate and place in a deep bowl. Cut a pound of beef into thin short slices and mix with kiwi puree. In order for the juice to saturate the meat, leave it in the marinade for half an hour.
Step 2
Peel three cloves of garlic and add to the meat, passing through a press. Then mix all the ingredients well with your hands. Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into the bottom of a heavy-bottomed saucepan and place a layer of meat along with the marinade.
Step 3
Season the meat with salt and black pepper, and then cover with water so that it completely covers the beef. Cover the pot with a lid and heat. Simmer the meat over low heat for about 50 minutes.
Step 4
Make Tender Beef Cheese Chops. To do this, cut 500 grams of meat into portions and beat well with a hammer on both sides. Season with salt, pepper and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Set aside for half an hour.

Beat two chicken eggs with a pinch of salt using a mixer or whisk. Place 300 grams of wheat flour on a flat plate. Dip the chops in eggs, then in flour and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.

Place the finished chops in a saucepan and sprinkle with grated hard cheese. To melt the cheese, cover the pan with a lid and wrap with a towel.
Step 7
For Beef in Sour Cream Mustard Sauce, cut 700 grams of meat into medium-sized pieces. Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the bottom of the pot and add the beef. Dice one large onion and stir in the meat. Cover the pot with a lid and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for an hour and a half.
Step 8
Grind one teaspoon of flour with the same amount of mustard and half a teaspoon of salt. Then pour in one glass of sour cream and add the prepared mixture to the pot of beef and onions. Mix all the ingredients and place in the oven for another 30 minutes.
