Pancakes are very often prepared for breakfast in America. In terms of size, this is a cross between our pancakes and pancakes. But in essence, these are large fluffy pancakes. In this case, ripe bananas are added to the dough.
It is necessary
- For twelve pieces:
- - 1 glass of flour;
- - 1 glass of milk;
- - 2 ripe bananas;
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- - 2 tsp baking powder;
- - 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour into a deep bowl, add sugar, baking powder, salt, mix thoroughly. Mix one egg separately with milk, vegetable oil. Peel ripe bananas, mash with a fork, add to the egg-milk mixture, stir.
Step 2
Combine flour mixture with banana, stir. Don't worry if the dough turns out to be uneven - this is as it should be, it will not affect the taste of banana pancakes in any way.
Step 3
Coat a frying pan with oil, heat it over medium heat. Pour the dough into the skillet at a rate of about 3 tablespoons of banana dough for 1 pancake. Bake the pancakes on one side until lightly browned, then turn over, bake on the other. Transfer the ready-made banana pancakes to a plate, and pour the next portion of the dough into the pan. So use up all the dough, from the specified amount you get about 12 pancakes.
Step 4
Serve hot banana pancakes for breakfast. Top with any sweet syrup, serve them with jam, condensed milk, honey or berry sauce. You can additionally decorate them with fresh banana slices.
