Appetizing miracle pancakes, now popular not only in Europe, are usually served with berries (blueberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries), honey or ice cream.

First, make a curd ice cream for serving pancakes. Mash the curd with a fork, add sour cream. Pour in 200 g of sugar and a bag of vanillin.

Add 2 eggs, beat with a mixer. Pour the egg-sugar mixture into the curd mass, whisking constantly.

Transfer the mixture to a plastic container and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours, making sure to stir every 30 minutes.

Now get into pancakes. Make a dough. Shake eggs in a bowl with a fork, pour in yogurt. Then add sugar, vanillin, soda, citric acid, salt.

Stir well until smooth. Pour flour with starch in portions, mix with a mixer.

Mash the peeled bananas with a fork until puree. Add to the dough and knead with a mixer.

Heat the non-stick skillet. Prepare the pancakes by pouring the dough in a 1-1.5 cm layer, baking for 3 minutes on each side until light golden brown.
