Mushroom pouches are a versatile appetizer for both a festive table and a family dinner. These pouches can also be served as an independent dish, because they turn out to be quite satisfying.
It is necessary

- - dry mushrooms - 200 g;
- - cheese - 100 g;
- - two eggs;
- - potatoes - 5 pieces;
- - two onions;
- - a bunch of parsley;
- - pepper - not for everybody.
Instructions

Soak mushrooms, boil, squeeze. Boil the potatoes in their uniform, then peel, cut into cubes.
Step 2
Fry the mushrooms with chopped onions. Rub the cheese on a grater (it is better to use hard cheese).
Step 3

Step 4
Cut the defrosted puff pastry into rectangles.
Step 5
Beat the eggs a little. Lubricate the inside of the rectangles with them, put the filling, roll into small bags.
Step 6
Place the mushroom pouches on a baking sheet, brush with the rest of the egg, put in the oven. Cook for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Garnish the resulting mushroom-filled buns with fresh parsley. Bon Appetit!
