Recipe 1. "Mannik ordinary". Pour kefir into a deep bowl. Stirring continuously, add semolina in a thin stream and stir the mixture until smooth. Cover with a paper napkin and leave for 30-40 minutes for the semolina to swell well. The bowl can be tightened with cling film and left in the refrigerator even until the next day.

Break the eggs into a separate bowl, add sugar, salt and beat until smooth. Add vanilla sugar, baking powder and mix well again.

Add the beaten eggs to the kefir semolina. Mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps, and the mass becomes homogeneous. Also, you can add raisins, grated zest and juice of one lemon to the dough.
