Step 1

Remove the shrimp from the packaging and rinse thoroughly under running water. This is necessary to wash away ice and debris.

Take a large saucepan and fill it about 2/3 full with water. Salt water, bring to a boil.

Once the water boils, dip the shrimp into the water. Add the juice of half a lemon and fresh dill to the shrimp water.
