It is necessary

    • Meat for making broth;
    • potatoes;
    • carrot;
    • onion;
    • boiled sausage;
    • smoked sausage;
    • sausages;
    • tomato paste;
    • salt
    • pepper
    • greens.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare meat broth, as it is quite difficult to obtain broth even from the highest quality sausage. As a meat base, you can use beef brisket, ribs or chicken legs. The broth is cooked for an hour, during the cooking process you need to add a few black peppercorns and bay leaves to it.

Step 2

While preparing the base for the soup, cut the carrots and onions into pieces and fry them in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes.

Step 4

Remove the meat from the broth and put the potatoes in the pot to boil. Remove the bones from the meat, cut into pieces and put back in the broth.

Step 5

10 minutes before the potatoes are ready, put the carrots, onions and a tablespoon of tomato paste in a saucepan, add the pitted olives there. If you put the tomato paste earlier, the potatoes will take longer to cook. You can also use olives with seeds, as is sometimes practiced in catering establishments, but getting rid of them during the soup tasting process is not very convenient.

Step 6

Cut smoked and boiled sausages into equal sized pieces, 100 grams of all three types of products.

Step 7

Place chopped dill and parsley in a saucepan just before turning off the heat.
