What is the right breakfast?
According to doctors, breakfast should consist of four main components:
- Milk and dairy products. This can be cottage cheese, cheese, yogurt, etc.

Cereals. Here we mean various cereals cooked in water or milk, whole grain bread with butter or cheese. Thanks to the high amount of complex carbohydrates, this breakfast will provide energy for the whole day.
- Fruits and berries. Seasonal fruits and berries are high in vitamins and fiber, and the body will have to work hard to digest them. However, fruits and berries should be consumed only in combination with cereals, cottage cheese or yogurt, otherwise, the feeling of hunger can only intensify.
- Vegetable fats. Here we are talking about vegetable oils with which you can season (as an alternative to mayonnaise) vegetable salad.
The simplest and fastest breakfast is ready-made muesli. They can be poured with milk, kefir and even juice. They contain vitamins, cereals, and a large amount of fiber. Various cereals are great for breakfast, you can add pieces of fruit, berries, nuts, etc. to them. The main thing is to refrain from instant cereals, they are sold in bags, just for one serving. These foods are very high in sugar, empty calories, and colors and flavors.
