Punch is a pleasant drink made from alcohol and fruit juice. Punch is served both cold and hot. We offer a recipe for cold champagne punch, which will add variety to the alcoholic menu of the festive feast.
It is necessary
- For eight servings:
- - 750 ml of dry champagne;
- - 8 oranges;
- - 8 lemons.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse oranges and lemons, squeeze juice from them using a juicer or by hand.
Step 2
Pour the juice into a large glass bowl and place in the freezer.
Step 3
Stir the freezing mass from time to time. Keep the juice in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 4
When the mass turns into an ice gruel, pour dry champagne into the citrus juice (after having cooled it), put it in the freezer again for half an hour.
Step 5
Serve the ready-made Champagne Citrus Punch in the same bowl, pouring the ice mass into wide glasses using a ladle.
