Instructions

Step 1

Pear sangria

A very interesting option is homemade sangria made from ripe pears. Wash lemons and ripe pears thoroughly. Peel the pears, remove the core, chop the pulp. Cut the lemons into thin slices. Place the fruit in large clear bowls and top with the brandy, liqueur and ginger ale mixture. Add pear syrup and dry white wine. Leave the mixture to infuse for 3 hours.

Step 2

Chill the sangria well before serving. You can put lemon zest in the container for decoration. Serve the drink in the steeped bowl or pour it into pre-chilled glasses. Serve ice separately.

Step 3

Pomegranate sangria

Prefer a richer flavor? Make homemade sangria with pomegranate juice for a fresh, slightly tart taste. Wash the orange, lemon, pear and apple thoroughly. Peel and cut the apple and pear into slices, orange and lemon into thin circles.

Step 4

Place the fruit in a tall, wide-necked jar. Pour over them with wine, a mixture of cranberry and pomegranate juice. Add grenadine and liqueur, stir everything. Add cloves and cinnamon to the drink. Leave the sangria in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Before serving, remove the cloves and cinnamon and add a couple of handfuls of ice cubes to the pitcher.

Step 5

Non-alcoholic sangria

For a children's party, you can prepare sangria based on grape juice. Cut the zest from the orange into thin spirals. Cut the orange pulp into circles, cut the limes in the same way. Place citrus slices and grapes in a transparent jug. Pour over everything with a mixture of grape and pomegranate juices, add grenadine. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Add ice before serving. Serve biscuits and fruit salad separately.
