Cocktail "Ninochka"

Ingredients:

- 50 ml of vodka;

- 15 ml of lemon juice;

- 15 ml of white liqueur "Crème de cocoa";

- grated chocolate;

- 5 ice cubes.

Throw a handful of ice on the bottom of the cobbler. Pour vodka, chocolate liquor and lemon juice into a glass. After screwing the lid back on, shake well while holding the fixture at a 45 degree angle. Pour the mixture in a funnel into a classic cocktail glass. Top with chocolate chips.

The name of the cocktail "Ninochka" is inextricably linked with the comedy of the 40s, starring Melvin Douglas and Greta Garbo.

"Chocolate Martini"

Ingredients:

- 50 ml of gin;

- 30 ml of Godiva chocolate liqueur;

- 30 ml of white liqueur "crème de cocoa";

- cocoa powder;

- dark chocolate;

- whipped cream;

- 5 pieces of ice.

Put ice in a bar shaker, add Crème de Cocoa liqueur, chocolate liqueur and vodka. Shake the ingredients thoroughly. Dip the rim of the glass in sugar syrup and cocoa powder. Pour the finished shake gently, garnish with a piece of dark chocolate, and place a small air cap of whipped cream on top.

You can decorate the edge of the glass not only with cocoa powder, but also with dark chocolate. To do this, melt the chocolate and dip the glass, holding it by the stem.

In the preparation of "Chocolate Martini" vodka can be replaced with light rum, brandy or gin. If the choice is made in favor of vodka, choose a vanilla product.

Milk chocolate cocktail

Ingredients:

- 2 tsp cocoa powder;

- 1, 5 Art. l. Sahara;

- 200 ml of milk;

- 60 ml of chocolate liqueur;

- 1 egg;

- nutmeg;

- dark chocolate.

Mash the egg with cocoa and sugar. Bring the milk to a boil and add it in a thin stream to the egg-sugar mixture. After cooling, beat the cocoa with a whisk, add the liqueur and grated nutmeg. Fill half the glass with ice and pour the cocktail, sprinkle with dark chocolate on top.

Chocolate cocktail with sea buckthorn

Ingredients:

- 1 tsp cocoa powder;

- 30 ml of sea buckthorn juice;

- 120 ml of milk;

- ¼ a bag of vanilla sugar;

- icing sugar.

Combine powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder. Pour the dry mixture into a mixer and fill it with cold boiled milk. After stirring, add the sea buckthorn juice. Drink well chilled.

Cheese-chocolate cocktail

Ingredients:

- 30 g of cottage cheese;

- 70 ml cream 20% fat;

- ½ tsp. chocolate powder;

- 30 ml of condensed milk;

- 1 tsp cocoa.

Mix the cream with diet cottage cheese, cocoa and condensed milk. Whisk the ingredients thoroughly, pour into a glass and sprinkle with grated chocolate or chocolate powder.

"Chocolate delight" with whipped cream

Ingredients:

- 12 g of chocolate;

- 2 tsp Sahara;

- 50 ml of cream;

- 1 tsp icing sugar;

- 20 g of ice.

Cook chocolate according to the recipe indicated on the package, pour into glasses, let cool. Put ice in each container, and top with cream, whipped with powdered sugar.
